In these Terms & Conditions
"We" and "us" means Best Kept Secret - Adult Party Store.
"You" means the person placing an order.
"The contract is agreed" – by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

 

Ordering

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

We do not have to accept your order if:

  • We do not have the products in stock

  • Your payment is not authorized

  • There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products

  • You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below

 

Cancellations

​

Any deposit paid to secure an event time will NOT be refunded if the event is canceled by the party host. At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations by the party host for a refund of balance paid. ​The balance paid will NOT be refunded if cancelled in less than 24 hours. 

POSTPONEMENT- The non-refundable retainer fee can be used toward another available day within 3 months.

 

*Best Kept Secret reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclimate weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would make the party non-viable.

A FULL REFUND will be provided if Best Kept Secret cancels your event.

*Best Kept Secret reserves the right to terminate an event in process if at any time the safety of the host is compromised. In such a case NO REFUND will be issued.

Returns 
​

Due to the sensitive nature of our items, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a non-functioning product. If your product is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@bestkept-secret.com.

To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging. If your return is accepted upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued.

 

Please provide your name, invoice number, identify the defective item purchased and issue. Any items returned without authorization or if the return has not been approved upon inspection, the item(s) will not be accepted back into inventory and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Best Kept Secret strives for accuracy but mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong item please contact our customer support center at contact@bestkept-secret.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

Shipping and Packaging
 

Best Kept Secret is committed to maintaining your privacy. Your order is packed in nondescript envelopes or boxes with the only identifying marks being the mailing address. Any phallic shaped items ordered that can be identified by feel through an envelope will always be shipped in a box regardless or weight or size to protect the anonymity of your order. The name Best Kept Secret will not appear on the packaging. When required by postal regulations we will include a phone number and mailing address in the FROM field and the name may instead appear as BKS. If no information is required in the FROM field it will be left completely blank as an additional precaution. 

 

USPS is our main carrier although we also offer shipping via UPS. USPS and UPS will only ship on business days, Monday through Friday. A list of holidays that USPS and UPS do not ship can be found at www.usps.gov or www.ups.com. Best Kept Secret will not guarantee the delivery time of your order. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded because of delayed deliveries. A tracking number will be sent to you via email on the day your order is shipped.
