Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Any deposit paid to secure an event time will NOT be refunded if the event is canceled by the party host. At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations by the party host for a refund of balance paid. ​The balance paid will NOT be refunded if cancelled in less than 48 hours.  POSTPONEMENT- The non-refundable retainer fee can be used toward another available day within 3 months. Best Kept Secret reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclimate weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would make the party non-viable. A FULL REFUND will be provided if Best Kept Secret cancels your event.
